Heavy Equipment Operator
Able to operate a variety of contractor equipment in construction, boom, back hoe, man-lift, motor grader, frontend loader, hydraulic excavator (both track and rubber tire), skid steer, etc. Be able to use equipment to excavate material, dig trenches, load heavy materials, or break rock or concrete. Clear and level land. Pick up loads of earth, rock, sand, or gravel to move or dump them. Grade to spread or level earth or other materials. Must have good judgements and be safety conscious while operating such equipment.
CDL Class A or Class B Driver
Must be at least 23 Years of age with at least 2 years’ verifiable experience. Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations within the past 3 years. Communication skills are a must. Be physically qualified to drive company vehicles and pass the medical certificate physical as defined in 49 CFR Part 391. Be able to sufficiently converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signal and signs. Be able to respond to official inquires and to make legible entries on reports and records. Clean Background Record. Have great attention to safety for peers and public.
Applicants must be able to diagnose mechanical issues. Repair class 6, 7 and 8 vehicles including engines, HVAC, instruments, Brakes, frame, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, electrical systems, and other components. Must have at least 5 years’ experience, have own tools to perform job. Clean driving record and background. Attention to safety is a must in a fast paced environment.
